External Evaluation
Sandra H. Flowers
Dr. Sandra Flowers is serving as Wesleyan's External Evaluator. She has experience in all facets of the project - faculty development, teacher technology preparation, instructional technology, curriculum development and extensive experience administering Title III programs.
Dr. Flowers, who has worked with Wesleyan College over the last three years in a consulting capacity, has over 20 years of experience administering Title III projects that have focused on faculty development, increasing student enrollment, distance learning, and instructional technology. She has administered teacher technology grants and developed and taught education courses with integrated technology components. She has presented at Title III workshops and has received extensive training on administering Title III grants.

Experience
2001-2004: Director, Preparing Tomorrow's Teachers To Use Technology, Andrew College, Cuthbert, Georgia (Three-year $1 million grant). Coordinated all grant activities including raising private funds to match the federal award. Evaluated faculty mini-grants. Focused on using technology to improve student learning.
1997-2000 Director of Interactive Distance Learning; Andrew College, Cuthbert, Georgia. Provided leadership for a five year $1.75 million Title III grant. Focused on curriculum development, mediated laboratories, and faculty training. Established $500,000 endowment.
1983-1994 Director of Institutional and Student Development, Alabama Aviation and Technical College, Ozark, Alabama. Provided leadership and supervision for an ongoing resource development program; prepared and administered proposals; ensured funded programs were integrated into the total college program. Administered Title III projects.
